The Subcommittee on Highways and Transit met on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 in Washington, D.C. to receive testimony on the clean truck programs at the Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach. This segment shows Rep. Peter DeFazio (D-OR) questioning the President of one of Los Angeles’ largest trucking companies and a ports truck driver, Jose Covarrubias. Rep.
