Hollywood and Vine Community Benefits Agreement (2004)

In the heart of booming Hollywood, a major development is being built with guarantees of good jobs including a union hotel, local hiring and affordable housing to help confront the gentrification of Hollywood. Council President Eric Garcetti facilitated this agreement knowing that local residents need access to high-wage jobs with family health benefits.
